Production runs in our own workshop, with a check on every piece before it is packed.
Because styles are produced in batches, details such as bead size, chain length, finish tone and clasp type are confirmed with you at sample stage.

Customization
Two customization routes are available on top of the standard design: engraving and packaging.
Engraving: short names, dates, initials or simple symbol marks can be engraved on selected pieces. Send the text or artwork and we confirm placement, character limits and any extra cost in the quotation.
Packaging: your own box and insert card can be produced for bulk orders, which is usually what makes a piece work as a gift or as part of a retail shelf. Send artwork or ask us for a template.
Wholesale, Samples & Lead Time
Business buyers can request free samples; the sample freight is credited against your first bulk order.
Minimum order quantity and lead time depend on the style and the quantity you need, so both are quoted per style - you get pricing and timing back within 24 hours on business days.
We quote both air and sea freight, and ship to retail and wholesale customers worldwide.
Retail orders over $100 ship free, otherwise a flat $9.90 applies; returns are accepted within 30 days.
Care
Natural stone does not like chemicals: take the piece off before swimming, bathing or applying perfume, and wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
Plated finishes stay brighter when kept dry. Store pieces separately so they do not rub against each other, and clean gently rather than with abrasive polish.
