Celestial Aegis primarily works with B2B partners — boutique owners, retailers, and online sellers. Retail orders are also welcome and ship worldwide.
Free Samples for Business Partners
- Sample pieces are free of charge. You only cover the international shipping cost.
- Request samples of any style from our collections — we will confirm availability and the exact shipping quote by email.
- Samples are sent with full product details (materials, sizes, packaging) so you can evaluate quality and finish before ordering in bulk.
Sample Costs Are Credited on Bulk Orders
The sample shipping fee is fully deducted from your first bulk order. When you place a bulk order with us, let us know which samples you ordered, and we will credit the sample freight against your invoice.
- Sample freight credit applies to bulk orders of $300 USD or more.
- Credit is applied once per business partner account, on your first bulk order.
Bulk & Wholesale Shipping
- Bulk orders are shipped by air or sea freight, depending on weight, destination, and your timeline.
- Shipping is quoted per order — email us your destination and quantities for an exact quote within 24 hours.
- We can mark up product value declarations as requested for customs documentation.
Retail Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on retail orders over $100 USD.
- Orders under $100 USD are shipped at a flat rate of $9.90 USD.
Processing Time
Each piece is handcrafted, so please allow 1–3 business days for orders to be prepared and dispatched. Bulk and custom orders may take longer — we confirm the timeline by email.
Delivery Time
- International standard: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local conditions.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.
