Customization
Two customization routes are available on top of the standard design: engraving and packaging.

Packaging: your own box and insert card can be produced for bulk orders, which is usually what makes a piece work as a gift or as part of a retail shelf. Send artwork or ask us for a template.

Business buyers can request free samples; the sample freight is credited against your first bulk order.
Minimum order quantity and lead time depend on the style and the quantity you need, so both are quoted per style - you get pricing and timing back within 24 hours on business days.
We quote both air and sea freight, and ship to retail and wholesale customers worldwide.
Retail orders over $100 ship free, otherwise a flat $9.90 applies; returns are accepted within 30 days.
Care
Keep plated finishes away from water, perfume and hair products, and wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
Store pieces separately to avoid scratches, and clean gently rather than with abrasive polish.
